Grace à eux et à tous leurs employés et artisans notre maison est une réussite ! C’était un gros chantier avec beaucoup de défis mais notre satisfaction est totale, tout correspond à nos attentes. Nous avons maintenant hâte de pouvoir passer à la deuxième étape (rénovation jardin, terrasse, cave …) et toujours avec eux bien sûr ! Encore bravo, Jérôme, Romain, Arnaud, René et tous les autres (vous étiez si nombreux, toutes mes excuses pour ceux qui ne sont pas nommés ) vous êtes formidables ! Nous avons utilisé cette entreprise pour la rénovation de la maison que nous venions d’acheter. Notre ami architecte nous avez conseillé d’utiliser une entreprise comme celle-ci qui fait de tout afin d’avoir un seul’ interlocuteur ce qu’il évite de jongler entre plusieurs artisans. Le conseil est logique, malheureusement Bat’Inov n’est pas la bonne entreprise pour cela. Nous nous somme arraché les cheveux pendant plus d’un an à tenter de les gérer. Ce sont les rois des promesses et de la poudre aux yeux, sans suivi. Je ne peux pas compter le nombre de coups de fils que j’ai dû passer pour savoir quand ils viendraient ou pourquoi ils ne venaient pas les jours où ils devaient être là. Retards sur retards! Sans parler des boulettes! On les a utilisé pour des poses de carrelage au sol, placo, peinture, velux, zinguerie. Au final, la seule chose pour laquelle on a rien à redire c’est le carrelage. Ils ont fait du super boulot. Pour le reste, rien de parfait: la peinture qui a été mise Auberger plafond de la salle de bain s’écaille déjà après juste 6 mois, la placo derrière notre WC suspendu a dû être refait car pas aux normes (ils ont fini par le refaire gratuitement après 6 mois de harassement par téléphone, emails et textos), le bois des velux ont été légèrement endommagés lors de la pose, les zinguerie partiellement reposées et voilà 9 mois que j’essaie de les faire venir pour enfin poser la porte d’accès à nos combles (ils nous ont laissé la porte et ne sont jamais revenus en dépit de toutes leur promesses creuses... comme je n’en peux plus de les appeler on va devoir faire le trou dans le placo et poser la porte nous-mêmes... je ne veux plus jamais avoir affaire à cette entreprise, ils me sortent par le nez!). Au final, si vous décidez de travailler avec cette entreprise assurez-vous d’inclure une garantie pour la date de fin des travaux et surtout—surtout—de réglez absolument pas vos factures avant que 100% des travaux soient effectués sinon 9 mois plus tard vous essaierez en vain d’accéder à vos combles! Et prenez un maître d’oeuvre ou soyez prêt à passer beaucoup de temps au téléphone à perdre votre temps.

We used this company for the renovation of the house we had just bought. Our architect friend advised us to use a company like this that does everything so we could have a single point of contact, which avoids having to juggle between several tradespeople. The advice is logical, unfortunately Bat'Inov is not the right company for this. We tore our hair out for over a year trying to manage them. They are the kings of promises and smoke and mirrors, with no follow-up. I can't count the number of phone calls I had to make to find out when they would come or why they didn't come on the days they were supposed to be there. Delays upon delays! Not to mention the blunders! We used them for floor tiles, placo, painting, skylights, and zinc work. In the end, the only thing we have no complaints about was the tiling. They did a great job. For the rest, nothing is perfect: the paint that was put on the Auberger bathroom ceiling is already peeling after just 6 months, the placo behind our wall-hung toilet had to be redone because it wasn't up to standard (they ended up redoing it for free after 6 months of harassment by phone, emails and texts), the wood of the skylights was slightly damaged during installation, the zinc work was partially replaced and for 9 months I've been trying to get them to come and finally install the access door to our attic (they left us the door and never came back despite all their empty promises... as I can't stand calling them anymore we're going to have to make the hole in the placo and install the door ourselves... I never want to deal with this company again, they're getting on my nerves!). In the end, if you decide to work with this company, make sure to include a guarantee for the completion date of the work and, above all—above all—absolutely do not pay your invoices before 100% of the work is completed, otherwise 9 months later you will be trying in vain to access your attic! And hire a project manager or be prepared to spend a lot of time on the phone wasting your time.
